Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your stylish gear with care and love. 💌
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
We do our best to ship quickly so your pup can start walking in style ASAP!
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (optional): 2–3 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your Daizzy Gear’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
If you haven’t received your tracking email after 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at info@daizzygear.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first.
If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us at info@daizzygear.com, and we’ll be happy to help you investigate.
Please note: Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Daizzy Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Address Changes
Entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us at info@daizzygear.com within 2 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
Once the order is processed, we’re unable to make address changes.
