One more thing - we do charge a small $5 handling fee for multiple exchanges (even if you're exchanging an exchange!), but your first exchange is still on us!

If any unused items don't fit your furry friend, don't worry!

Return them within 30 days and receive a full refund.

Please note that a $5 label fee will be applied to all items returned for a refund
3.PREPARING YOUR ITEM FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Just like us, our furry friends need to try things on for size to ensure the perfect fit!

Make sure your return/exchange is clean and free of dirt, debris and dog hair!

Please ensure that the product is free from wear and tear.

Items returned with strong odors (sprays, perfumes, cigarrette smoke) will not be accepted.

Do not combine returns from multiple orders, instead package separately with separate labels. Combining returns may result in delayed processing or not be processed at all.

If you still have the original packaging, please include it with your return/exchange.
4.REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR USED OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any items that show signs of use or wear and tear.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline items that are in a used or damaged condition, including any odors (such as perfumes).
