Policies & Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible. Our return policy allows for hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase.

1.FREE EXCHANGES
  • Making Changes is a Breeze with Daisy Gear Customer Service.

  • No worries if you need to switch things up a bit . Simply contact us at info@daizzygear.com 

  • One more thing - we do charge a small $5 handling fee for multiple exchanges (even if you're exchanging an exchange!), but your first exchange is still on us!

2.SIMPLE RETURNS 
  • Understanding the world of dog sizes can be overwhelming. 

  • That's why we offer a simple return process. 

  • If any unused items don't fit your furry friend, don't worry! 

  • Return them within 30 days and receive a full refund. 

  • Please note that a $5 label fee will be applied to all items returned for a refund

3.PREPARING YOUR ITEM FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  • Just like us, our furry friends need to try things on for size to ensure the perfect fit!

  • Make sure your return/exchange is clean and free of dirt, debris and dog hair!

  • Please ensure that the product is free from wear and tear.

  • Items returned with strong odors (sprays, perfumes, cigarrette smoke) will not be accepted.

  • Do not combine returns from multiple orders, instead package separately with separate labels. Combining returns may result in delayed processing or not be processed at all.

  • If you still have the original packaging, please include it with your return/exchange.

4.REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR USED OR DAMAGED ITEMS
  • We regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any items that show signs of use or wear and tear. 

  • Please note that we reserve the right to decline items that are in a used or damaged condition, including any odors (such as perfumes).

5.FINAL SALE ITEMS
  • All items marked as final sale are unable to be returned or exchanged.
